THE BEST OLED PERIOD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The s90d is an amazing tv. It has the best picture in its class hands down. The operating platform is user friendly. And the remote. NO BATTERIES!!!! I absolutely love everything about it. Samsung is the best available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been a very enjoyable experience so far with this 55inch oled. Picture is top notch! Only complaint is the weaker speakers has good bass but struggles with voices dialogue. Can create choppy images sometimes but that could be from the sources a rare occurrence. Overall would recommend I personally believe it's a better panel Picture and brightness compared to the LG c4 and up there with g4.

I am impressed with the overall quality of this 55” Samsung S90D TV. Been a Samsung customer for years now and this is the best TV ever. The vivid colors, sharp picture and brightness are awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing quite a few options that I would have liked. You can't pick the aspect ratio, sound has no options, and several others that aren't included. The picture is good but blurry around some parts of the TV. The remote always take you to the Samsung screen which takes some time to load so you can watch what you want. Not impressed with this TV or remote.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your review, and we're sorry to hear of this misunderstanding. Please know you can adjust the aspect ratio (Picture Size) by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size

If your settings are greyed out, this does not indicate that something is wrong with your TV. It just means that a function or certain settings are not available based on the current source, settings, or connections. For example, some options may be grayed out if you are currently watching content from an app or external device. Long press the 'Return' key on your remote to exit the program you are in and go back to the menu - all settings should now be available.

Additionally, there are several sound options available.
• Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.

• Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.

Should you choose to add a Samsung Soundbar to your TV, please know that our Q or S-Series Soundbars (such as the HW-S800D) feature Q-Symphony which will synchronize with the speakers of your TV for an immersive 3D sound experience.

Lastly, please keep in mind you can absolutely choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Start Screen Option

1) Enabling Start with Smart Hub Home automatically launches Smart Hub when the TV is turned on. Navigate to this option to enable or disable the feature.
2) If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off by pressing the Select button in the current menu.

Great features, some I've ot even tried yet.

Bought this TV in September because my husband had just been put in a hospital bed in our front room and could not see the TV we had on a console table, so had this mounted. Outstanding TV, having some trouble with the sound but have not addressed the issue with samsung yet. The picture is outstanding and my husband can enjoy his only entertainment! This is our 3rd samsung set and am pleased with all three.
