Picture Choppy on several shows

For many shows the picture is great. The issue I have is with fast moving shows the picture is choppy. I tried adjusting the blur and jutter settings as suggested but it does not seem to help. Shows like Chigago Fire are next to impossible to watch with the chopyness. If I can't figure out how to fix it I am probably going to return it. So sad - Samsung was the only TV I would buy prior to this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on your TV’s picture when watching fast motion. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
I see that you have already tried adjusting your image, but I did want to share the following adjustments with you, just in case:
Try adjusting the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Great; just 1 problem

TV is great outside of one major problem I am having. I am having a huge problem with frame stutter on the S90D . It’s most noticeable while watching sports. Especially after a replay where the frame rate goes down then back to normal after the replay. Typically it will recover to the main frame rate but last night while watching football it would not go away. It was stuck at what seemed like 24hz or lower refresh rate when it should be at 60hz. A restart of the TV fixed it for a short time. I have tried other smart devices connected with top of the line HDMI cables. Internet is not an issue as I am hardwired to fiber. I played with all settings. Motion on/off (I leave clarity settings off by default). I tested match frame rate/range in smart device settings and nothing. Also tried apps from the Samsung hub. In my research I have found that this is a known issue with this TV. I am on the latest firmware but also observed this issue in past versions. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a way to fix it?

Terrible remote control

Nice picture but the remote control is horrible which is why I am giving it 3 stars. Not intuitive for certain features such as rewind, it’s very small and difficult to read in low light, easy to press the volume button incorrectly which turns on mute. I hate it!

Enjoy Samsung TV and Picture quality

4K ready - that must be funded after service

So far it appears to be more or less what we expected - EXCEPT It was marketed (in Best Buy) as "4K OLED" come to find out it is only 1080P unless we pay a ridiculous monthly fee to get 4K. Unless you are willing to pay additional monthly fees, the 4K option is not active.

Great tv with an amazing picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is great for all viewing. Movies look amazing. Games look amazing. I love my Samsung OLED. My only complaint is that I cannot stream shows in Paramount+. It will go the whole way to loading and error out.
