EXTREMELY Disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After being extremely happy with LG OLED TVs I took a chance on the S90D because of the QD-OLED display. In two months I’ve had 2 main boards fail and have to be replaced under warranty. Daily streaming with the YouTube TV app looks absolutely terrible and the Hulu app keeps glitching out. AI features are subpar compared to the current LG C-series and the on board audio quality is laughable. Honestly, I wish I could return this unit.

Thank you for sharing details of your experience with apps. This may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
Additionally, to optimize the TV’s performance, please also try running Device Care, which improves your apps performance by freeing up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to: Settings > Support > Open e-Manual, then select Device Care.

Oled for the win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a 2019 qled and what a difference. The picture is so bright. It's amazing how clear everything is. Q symphony pairs well with my q910 soundbar. It feels out of this world watching movies and gaming. Also paired with smart things makes everything a breeze. So glad I upgraded when I did.

Great TV, exactly what I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old TV cracked so I opted to upgrade. Couldn't be happier with this TV. Very crisp picture and good contrast. Speakers aren't the best, but hook it up to a soundbar and I have zero complaints.

Big upgrade from woled tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from c9 after all the good things I was hearing about qdoled, and let me say I don't think I could go back to woled tv. The colors this TV can produce is unbelievable. Zero motion or soap opera effect issues the s90d with dejuder and motion on 5, extremely bright and a pleasure to play pc games on it. Movies that show you what this TV can produce that I can think of the top of my head are Encanto, IF, Hotel Transilvania series, Night Teeth, Top Gun Maverick, Godzilla x Kong The New Empire.

Remote

Not worth the price vs features and quality . The remote is too small, low quality, non-responsive, cheap, cheap, and junky. Oh did I mention the remote is poor design and quality. The remote buttons too small. The volume up&down gets mis-punched with mute. The remote is a horrible design. To the touch the remote is slippery. There is not one good feature of the remote that is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality that blows you away
