[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I now have two SAMSUNG televisions. I paid a good price for one and I am disappointed with the remote control. I like numbers on the remote. I don't know how many others feel this way. The picture is great. I do want to note that at times my TV feels as if it is possessed. It does things on its on. I am not even touching the remote and I see strange things going on in the bottom right hand side of the TV.

We have noticed lots of of pexils in the back .my daughter said something the week and I didn't take her seriously,then we watching a movie when I noticed it too. It's annoying 😑 I am disappointed on same

Do better Samsung!!

Bought this tv online as unable to go to store. Disappointed in sound quality and the layout of features. Not easy to navigate. Main complaint is Samsung Plus feature. As one of many of the older generation, I wear hearing aids and count on close captioning to assist with sound. Samsung Plus offers movies and features that have NO close captioning so they are useless to many of us. Disappointing to say the least.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulties using your S90D TV. Please know you can turn your TV’s Closed Captions on/off and change the settings such as separating it from the broadcast screen, font color, background color, size, position, language, etc. by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Caption Settings.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the S90D TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the S90D TV under OLED TVs to download the guides you would like.

The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support

Oled For the Win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oled series 2024 has gotten better with all it's advanced features hdmi 2.1 144herts and quantum dot technology with built in game mode for more gaming improvement and this tv is packed with so many features that it has everything anyone needs wether it's movies,games,sound,and high definition picture quality looks so rich I can see the smallest detail clear with deep colors !!!

Breaks after 3 days

Bought this TV 9/15/24. Died/ did not turn back on after 3 days. Exchanged for the same one on 9/21/2024.
And today 11/21/24. Same issue. Does not receive power, does not turn back on.
Beyond frustrated, 80lb tv mounted twice and now have to remove twice and rent vehicles large enough to transport back to the store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Mike,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having difficulties powering on your S90D TV. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:

1) Confirm that the TV's power cord is connected correctly at both ends and that the remote is operating normally.

2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on, and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service.

3) Try pressing the TV Power button at the bottom of the TV behind the Samsung logo to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. If the TV turns on, your issue may be with the remote control.
