Generally happy, but …

The onboard apps and user experience of the Home Screen and apps could definitely use some improvements for usability, so that’s what I consider the biggest weakness. I would like to see it have DolbyVision support in addition to HDR10+ as this is really annoying with a modern set to not have support for the latest standards. But my biggest issues is what happened 3 days ago, after about 9 or 10 months, the TV hiccups while we were watching, going black, no power. Guessing it’s the internal power supply going bad. Still under warranty, thankfully, but come on … quality control, please. I expect better on a high-end product like this and this should never be happening. That’s a week of no TV, and while this hopefully works out okay, I’m not currently very happy.

Simply the best TV I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first fell in love with OLED TVs when they were released however many years ago but they were crazy expensive. After years of waiting and my astigmatism getting worse, I decided to take the plunge and upgrade my LED TV. After extensive research I landed on the S90D. It was the perfect TV for my living room, incredible picture quality and allowing my eyes to actually enjoy the visuals unlike my previous LED screen. The AI features made dialing in the best picture for my sight super easy. The overall sound quality ranks high and the remote is high functioning and seamless to navigate. Hands down the best TV I've owned to date.

Initial board design flaw issue but good after

Had this TV for 3 months and it went dark. The original board had a capacitor design flaw which they commonly blew out. The upgraded board with new capacitor design has been good since. Tech was helpful. TV looks looks great and clear for TV movies & gaming

Good Tv , but trouble from first day with remote volume. Stuck and goes up volume &down volume. Need to factory reset and still doesn’t resolve issue. Don’t use remote anymore to delicate

I’m sorry to hear your S90D TV’s remote is not working as expected. If your TV’s volume is changing on its own, please clean the upper edge of the remote control pad (transmission window).

If that didn’t do the trick, please also try these troubleshooting steps:
- Try re-pairing your remote by pressing and holding Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected
- Check to see if your remote is charged: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery
- Check for available firmware updates on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Good but did not last

This is the best TV I have ever owned. Its bewutiful pper thin screen. But after 9 months tge screen failed...i expect this after 4 to 5 years nt months. SAMSUNG did come out and fix it but still hard hit with a 1800 tv
