I believe in the product so expensive the incident is not a good signal about the duration of the product.

Great OLED TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my first OLED TV and upgrade from 55" 3DTV. Great picture clarity and like the apps and live channels. TV is so thin that holding it up and putting on the stand is a challenge, if you even want to move the tv. I enjoy this TV a lot but there are somethings i noticed could be better, Once there was an outage with Samsung and none of the Apps on the TV worked making it unusable unless you use a firestick or some streaming box. They do not work locally, that makes me think if ever the software support stops, would all the TV apps become un-usable? The stand does not lock it just holds tv. There could be some screw to hold it firmly in case you lift the TV. Overall very satisfied with the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, love the picture! Clear, vivid colors. Couldn't expect any better from Samsung.
Frustrating issues require taking a star off, though. It sometimes takes five or six tries to get the sound to come on. This involves cycling the tv on and off over and over again to get sound. Another issue is the Samsung TV service. How in the world do we get outta that? I don't need or want this service since I have enough channels between cable and streaming subscriptions. Ugh.
The biggest issue is the sound. But the picture is great!

The picture quality is outstanding, and the free Samsung TV app is particularly impressive. In my opinion, it is the best television I have ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv!! I turn it on as soon as I get home from work and in awe on how clear and clean thi picture quality is! Then I start cooking and even though Im not looking it sounds like its in my kitchen. The interface is so up to date and the remote doesn't even require batteries and it has a small solar panel on it!! If they went far into the future with there remote then what does that tell you about the tv.. it has the latest components and it shows in what ever you are watching. Of course you have to tweak it a bit in the setting but who doesn't like doing that?? And It didnt ake long for me to get it right. People look life like in this 77 inch! The beauty this tv can produce is by far above anything I've ever seen and I know there are other tvs with higher price tags but I don't know how much more life like those look in comparison...sure they might have other features that other people might want but for the price they want for those extras does not out weigh the price and features get with this samsung tv! I have a samsung tv from 2014 that is still going strong! And if this new one I have does the same I will be blown away but it doesn't matter if it last that long but to know that samsung tvs are made to last then so be it lol. My son loves the 2014 model and to be able to pass it down to my kid is insane when you think about it. They has exceeded its reputation with this purchase what I see everyday looks like Im living in the future and to me its out of this wor
