Breaks easily, and can't be repaired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV took a hit to the bottom right corner from a small foldable table, no visible damage at all, but the picture isn't visible at all, sound still works. A tv this expensive shouldn't be so easily damaged. And seeing as it is easily damaged you would think it could be repaired or replaced. But no.

Although physical damage is not covered by our 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty, you can locate a service center in your area on Samsung's website. From the landing page, navigate to Support (upper right corner) and select Schedule a Service Appointment. This will allow you to find a location nearest you to help you with your repair.

75in OLED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall TV is great, love the OLED display and have not experienced any burn in as of yet. The color depth from OLED is incredible. The only issue I have with this TV is software based it seems. Several times a week, apps will fail to load, and the software gets clunky. The only solution I have found is a hard reset of the TV, which typically resolves the issues.
