Picture is very good. Software is horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is very good and I am happy with it. The software is horrible. It doesn't work as it is supposed to. Deselecting options often just doesn't work, the option continues anyway. The e-manual is also poor and does not explain many of the available options.

Picture Great - User Interface Needs Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is beautiful. It easily hooked up to my sound bar and Blu-Ray Player. However, started having trouble with the Paramount app not working. Deleted the app and reinstalled but it would never work very long. Checked for all updates, etc. It was difficult to find where to add the app back to the home screen list. Finally figured it out but gave up and bought a Roku and hooked it up so I now use it to navigate the system. I tried your interface for eight months before switching to the Roku.

Excellent choice for viewing your favorite shows

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for streaming and movies! It’s a great TV . My husband suffered from ALS and TV was his constant source of entertainment. He watched it 24/7. The ease of use made it comfortable for him to operate. I wish I could of afforded the soundbar for him but it was okay with the great sound the tv provided.

Samsung OLED Fantastic TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new OLED Samsung 65" TV! It has a very sharp picture that is so good for retired folks like ourselves. We can see the screen and the pictures are so bright and show all the details clearly for our older eyes. The TV was purchased because we are now retired and watch A L O T of tv. We use it to stream and the remote is so easy to use and chose many features, like uping the volume or displaying the many choices when streaming. We also had a tv provider before we learn to stream alot and the picture and sound was great with both the provider and the streaming services. It is a fantastic tv and we highly recommend it for all! We have also purchased Samsung products and can tell you very truthfully that Samsung makes QUALITY PRODUCTS that last a very very long time. Thanks Samsung!

Nice tv but issues with some movies too dark

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this tv mainly for watching shows on Netflix, sports, and some gaming. It’s great for gaming and sports but some movies are too dark to watch. Even the daylight scenes are too dark which prevents me from watching. I’ve tried everything but it can’t be corrected.

I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the S90D TV’s picture quality. If the image is too dim, try adjusting Picture Mode or Expert Picture Settings. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
To manually fine tune your image under Expert Settings, go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
