[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is wonderful I have always bought another brand OLED up to now but this picture is tremendous!
The only issue is that it sometimes jumps to a magnified picture and I see only 25% of broadcast image. I usually just go to another channel and then come back and that stops it.
This doesn't happen often but I deducted a star for it.

This is a good product but not really great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good product for watching shows and movies. The colors are great. The only problem I faced is the sound system. Sound is not stable, it suddenly goes up and down despite adjusting the settings.

Samsunglover, I apologize for the inconveniences you have had with the inconsistent sound volume. The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

Best viewing experience

The screen size is perfect—large enough that I can comfortably watch from the kitchen, even with my open-concept layout and a distance of about 30 feet. The picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colors and crisp, detailed images that make everything look stunning. I also have large windows in the space, but unlike my old LG OLED, I haven’t experienced any issues with glare or reflections. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium viewing experience.

A Spectacular TV

I had a 4K JVC TV that was pretty old and upgraded to this and it blew me away. The colors and frame rate on this screen are beautiful. The audio is also amazing. Nothing but praise really.
