Great except for the OS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this TV is awesome except for the sluggish and cumbersome operating system and user interface. It needs to be scraped and redone, and please don't make it keep apps in memory of it's just going to slow others you're using down.

The picture quality is the first thing you notice. The colors are incredibly vivid, and the blacks are deep and true, which makes a huge difference in movies with dark scenes. The picture is crisp and bright, and everything from sports to movies looks fantastic.
The motion handling is great, too. There's no blur during fast-paced action, which is a huge plus for both sports and gaming. Everything feels smooth and responsive.
I also appreciate the design. It’s super thin and looks very sleek whether it's on a stand or mounted on the wall. The remote is simple and easy to use, and the smart TV interface is quick and intuitive.
While the sound is clear enough for everyday viewing, a soundbar would be a good addition for a more cinematic experience.

Manual has 233 pages of information and 59 pages of troubleshooting issues!!! WOW!Who has time to read all this?Need to have a class to figure out all the features.
