I bought this product in April and it never worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I have said before I bought this in April and from the beginning, there was problems with the picture it never worked properly and now it’s not working at all so Total nightmare. Four months old TV it’s frustrating.

I apologize for the inconveniences you have had with the inconsistent sound volume.

The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.

You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test.

To download apps that did not come pre-installed on your TV, a Samsung Account is necessary to access the App Store. Other than adding more apps, your TV will function the same with or without a Samsung account.

Outstanding OLED TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with how crisp this OLED TV is. I primarily upgraded for a few reasons. First was the glare I get in my living room. This TV's antiglare feature was sufficient to eliminate glare while still allowing the brightness to be visible. Second was reading the text on the TV, it helps with that aspect. Playing PS5 and other consoles really utilizes the OLED factor and makes everything look and feel better. The apps are easy to connect to, and I love getting the free channels. It was the first time I could see some local news in forever. Has a seamless connection to a Samsung soundbar, which was another reason for the switch. The remote is also solar-charged and/or usb-c allowed as well, a much better upgrade from corroded AAA batteries. I do wish the dedicated shortcuts on the remote control could be changed or turned off, as I always accidentally press them.
Overall, love the OLED TV. Glad I went to the midrange model. Pictures do not do it justice. Would go bigger if I had more space.
