Good Picture, with flaw-no power-on volume control

Samsung QN65S90DAFXZA Tizen The TV looks amazing and performs well overall, but there's a big issue if you use a soundbar over HDMI ARC. Every time the TV Powers on, it plays at the last or set volume level that is too high. There's no option to limit or control the startup volume. I use a samsung HW-S700D and the start up TV volume is too high. There's no start up mute, nom minimum volume setting, and SmartThings only lowers the volume AFTER it blasts at start-up. I would have reconsidered this purchase if I had known.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful Picture, Clunky Interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung S90D OLED 4K TV delivers stunning visual quality. The contrast, color accuracy, and black levels are outstanding—everything from movies to gaming looks vibrant and cinematic. I mainly use it for streaming and console gaming, and the performance in both areas is excellent. Motion handling is smooth, and the low input lag makes it a great choice for fast-paced games.
That said, the interface could use some refinement. Navigating the menus often feels sluggish, with noticeable delay between remote input and on-screen response. Additionally, some of the AI-driven features, like content suggestions or automatic input switching, end up feeling more intrusive than helpful. It would be great to have more control over disabling these features completely.
Overall, the picture quality is best-in-class and the TV excels in what matters most—performance and display. Just be prepared for a less-than-perfect smart TV interface and some overly eager AI functionality. If those aren’t deal-breakers for you, the S90D is a fantastic choice.

Questioning Samsung

The unit itself is beautiful and picture is great. My issue is I had only turn the set on approximately 4 times before it stopped powering up and had to contact company for a repair. Not happy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV used for home theater and gaming in 120Hz. Works great. The menu and picture settings can be confusing. Still not sure what "AI" mode is doing for me. Also wish Samsung would add Paramount + to the main menu. It is always difficult to find.

Awesome tv with great clarity and deep color
