Excellent Picture Purchased 8 of them!

Just purchased 8 Samsung televisions for our mountain house 3 - 75", 3 - 85" and 1 - 98". Love every one of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my samsung tv primarily for gaming. Wow, what a picture. First off, let's talk about the dedicated game mode. You can select the genre of game you are playing and the tv does the rest! It sets the color tones and picture settings (along with motion settings) automatically. The frame rate talors itself to your settings as well. You can also view the frame rate of your game in real time. The picture itself is pristine, clear, sharp, and concise. It has just enough pop that it seems to come off the tv a bit but still be realistic for it not to look overly dramatic.
Movies look more impressive as well. The picture settings have the regular preset picture settings (movie, vivid, sports, ect); but it also has one called Film Maker that brings the picture to the expectations of what the director of a movie envisioned the picture to look like. While all of the modes are great looking, I highly recommend film maker mode. There's also a setting called smart callibration that is just amazing. I was in awe of when I first used it. Basically, if you have a samsung phone, you download an app and hold your phone next to the tv. The tv plays a few test patterns then it perfectly calibrates the picture based on the lighting in your viewing area. For the first time ever, I felt like my tv was professionally set up and it looked so amazing! The colors, skin tones, black levels were all incredibly perfect.
After years of LG tvs, I'm now hooked on samsungs tvs

The best 65 inch oled out there

4 months of light use and completely dead

4 months in and it's DRT (dead right there.) After hours on the phone with Samsung, someone will come look at it in about 2 weeks. Who knows how long after that we'll be without a tv. Not happy!
