Also I hate the way that the darn sports page keeps jumping up, I would like to delete it but I have no books are operating manuals, nothing came with it. I'll never buy another LG . The remote sucks. The TV has Alexa but you can't use it with the remote because it has no speaker.

I bought this and had an issue with it turning off periodically. Chatted with an agent on my mobile phone through the app and a service technician came out a week later and changed a part and fixed the problem. Amazing and will only buy LG from now on because of this feature. I was going to bring the tv back to the store but this was so much easier.

Since repaired tv is fine Fingers crossed.

We bought this TV after doing some research and it has lived up to and beyond our expectations. We paired to our LG Sound Bar and love watching our favorite movies and look forward to watching some great College Football games !
Bought my 70 inch little over a month ago. Picture is beautiful, but the remote control is hot garbage. This is my 1st LG tv, so I don't know if it's normal, but it's a nightmare navigating with the included remote. I bought a replacement that is a little better, but I'm less than 8 feet away and have to press each button multiple times for it to register. I thought my soundbar was blocking the signal, so I moved it out of the way, but that didn't help. I don't know if their "magic" remotes work any better, but I'm not spending that kind of money on a TV remote. It might be a one off situation, or there might be an issue with the IR reciever on my TV, but I won't be going with LG again.
