Great TV Lousy Remote

Nothing wrong with the TV. I’ll have to agree with the masses….the remote control is horrible and now you have another purchase or get frustrated using the remote that’s provided. I thought they were exaggerating, nope. It does disappoint the LG is following along with most other multi billion dollar companies and finding ways to promote the sale of an accessory by making what is supplied difficult to use, but wait here’s this one you can buy separately that does all the things your old one did. Greed 😔

Horrible wi-fi lemon

Bought in April 2023 and has been serviced 3 times...still not working (long-term, after initial reset from repairs). It buffers all the time and constantly has difficulty connecting to wi-fi. They've replaced the wi-fi board 3 times, including cables twice and main board twice. NO OTHER products in our house have any trouble connecting and staying connected to our wi-fi. Picture color is good, but if you can only see a swirling circle all the time, while it's burping on the wi-fi, what good is a good picture.

Consider "Picture" "Sound" "Features" "Price" and "Setup" no further on this base model LG UHD TV. Upgraded from a 9 year old LG 55 in. that has always worked flawlessly with this 75 in. model. Only glitch in the pairing with a Denon AVR-S960H, was due to sub-standard HDMI cables. The symptom was constant flashing of the sound settings when I attempted to switch audio from TV to eARC.

Once powering the TV on, the instructions are clear and allows set up via my iPhone. The LG app is of great use and I love how it can be used in substitute of the remote.
