I bought the TV with all it features but it didn't come with a remote to use the Feature. Had to go to a third party to get remote. it was like buying a car with GPS but had to go get buttons installed buy third party to use it.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our living room TV and decided on this LG set. We have been impressed so far with the value. The picture quality is quite good and the smart-TV functionality is top notch. We have noticed the occasional stutter or hesitation when operating the TV and navigating through menus. These are more observations as opposed to actual problems.
