TV looks great on our wall, love the picture and all the menu options. Only complaint is the layout on the homescreen. Maybe it's because we are just so used to Roku, but having the apps all along the bottom of the screen seems like a waste of the rest of the screen. I'd like to be able to customize that.

New TV disabled after Routine Update

Unable to locate my manual, I googled the tv. I called LG support who walked me through the update process. The gentleman was patient and kind throughout the process.

Great tv wrong remote

Tv has a great picture. Functions are very slow. It’s like the processor just can’t keep up and the remote that comes with it is basic with no voice features yet the tv keeps telling you to use Alexa. Why should I pay extra for a remote? Just add the remote with the tv that is continuously telling me to use that feature? Silly Bess I tell you.
