Leaking at the bottom

I loved the foam pump so much that I decided to get this one for my dish soap. The pump itself is gorgeous. However, a few days later, I noticed soap buildup on the bottom exterior of the pump. It was leaking. I contacted customer service but haven't heard back.

Simplehuman makes the best soap pump on the market. I especially like that the new version is rechargeable and doesn't require batteries. I have one at every sink in the house. A little pricy but well worth it. I have one at every sink in the house. Would highly recommend this product to everyone.

Easy to fill. Easy to use. Looks great. Not sure about the battery life yet. But… everytime I am in the shower and I hear a hiss from the pump. I think it’s the steam messing with it :(

Best Liquid Sensor Pump

This is our 2nd Liquid sensor pump. We love it as much as we did the 1st time. It dispenses the perfect amount of soap. The battery life is true to it’s claim. The black matte design compliments our kitchen. Our best purchase since 2020.
