I have purchased 6 of these sensor pumps over the past years. They last just over the two years warranty. Just this week I had another one go bad. I’ve had it a year, it was a gift, but since the serial number indicated it was over two years old, I’m out of luck. Not a happy consumer👎👎

Liquid sensor pump

The look of the pump is asthetically stunning. However the performance is not functioning well. It either releases too little or too much liquid soap. Yes I’m very aware that the amount of soap released depends upon where the palm of my hand located. It did automatically. In the older model, I was able to control the amount of soap released by pressing it plus or minus button.

When my liquid sensor pump failed to keep a charge Simple Human sent a replacement immediately. I have 2 other pumps that work smoothly.

Our lovely new soap dispenser is working so well we bought a second one for hand lotion. So far so good. The brass color is soft and looks smart with brushed nickel faucets.

My rating is a reflection of my overall experience with our three pumps. This is the second pump that had to be replaced. But, it’s size is smaller than the one it now sits alongside. Also, our three pumps have three different charging mechanisms. So in summary, we have three pumps two sizes and three different charging mechanisms. This is not the quality and consistency I had expected from SimpleHuman.

Just what the kitchen needed!

We don’t have to reach down below the sink to open the cupboard door and get out the dish soap anymore! This auto soap dispenser is so convenient and makes cleaning easy instead of regrettable!
