I bought two of these units, one works the other doesn’t. Priming pump is initially necessary and is messy. One unit that does not work will not stay primed.

I have been using simple human soap dispensers back to the ones with batteries. They just just keep getting better. I like that you don’t have to touch them to get the soap. I just purchased 2 of the white ones. The charge lasts a long time an$ they recharge very fast. Great purchase.
