Sensor pump

I love the pump but the battery is very hard to charge (like it doesn’t anymore). I’ve read up and other people have this same problem. That being said, I have three of these pumps and will probably buy another with the knowledge they only last a year or so.

Liquid sensor pump

Came packed very well. The pump is small, but durable. It's cute and I can work with the size. The problem is it Came with no instructions. I don't know how long to charge, how to know if it's charging. No indicator light to determine whether it is charging. I have it plugged in and nothing is happening, no flash or anything. I like it and don't want to return, but if I can't get it to charge it is worthless.

Mostly great

Looks like, works well. Like that it is rechargeable. The old model took 4 AA batteries that had to be replaced often, and turning it upside down while filled with soap was a pain.
This model looks much nicer on the countertop and works very well. What I don't like:
* Proprietary charging cable that is not integrated with the device. So now I have to keep track of this cable and make sure to never lose it.
* The controls to adjust how much soap is dispensed are underneath the sensor that dispenses soap, so every time I try to adjust, I get soap I don't want. Buttons on the top or back of the device would have been better.

Touch less soap dispenser

We already had the touchless faucet so adding your touchless soap dispenser in the same gold color was a must have and we love it! Super clean look and a completely touchless sink now! Thanks!

Wonderful Sleek New Product!

We purchased 3 of these newest versions, a pair in black and one in brass, for family use in our NYC apt. They are quiet, easy to use and easy to maintain. They work well and perform flawlessly. However, children or guests unfamiliar with the intuitive flow control interface on the front of the device often put their dirty hands randomly in between the red arrows (UP for smaller soap flow and DOWN for more soap flow) under the sensor controller so the flow of soap dispensed is too great, making mess and wasting precious soap extravagantly!
It requires a bit of practice to aim hands a bit higher up to get just a small soap boule of the concentrated Simplehuman soap—not much is required to wash hands well. In the next Simplehuman device iteration, we humbly suggest adding digital memory (or just a simple preset volume controller) to allow users to “preset” a reasonable size volume of soap dispensed for all users, so children, guests or any users in a big hurry (my teenager) wouldn’t make such a mess! Then, if users want more soap, they could remove hands and quickly present them again for additional fixed volumes of soap. Please consider adding simple calibration of soap flow to fix or control soap volume?
