The new soap dispenser is quite an improvement over the previous model although I thought that wager at also. The new one has a lot that comes off and you can see to the bottom. No guessing how much soap is in there. Also a new switch on the back to turn it off, not like the old button.

Replacement pump

Our original 9 oz pump failed and we contacted simple human for a replacement. They acted promptly and guided us through the procedure on getting our new pump. We were very pleased with the support service and are very happy to have a new working liquid sensor pump. We will always consider simple human for our needs in the future.

Great Quality Of Life Upgrades

I really like the redesigned model of this pump. You can now see how much soap is on the pump simply by lifting the top. The power switch has been improved to be an on off up/down toggle as well. Soap dispenses really well and I love the quality of the finish. Great pump!
