My rechargeable liquid pump stopped working. Simplehuman honored the warranty and sent a new pump to me with no hassles at all! Thank you Simplehman . I appreciate your prompt help and replacement.

Attractive, Functional and Perfect Sized Soap Dispenser

I was pleased to be able to select the color and finish of the liquid sensor pump as well as the amount of soap dispensed. The polished silver pump was the best fit for my kitchen. Since I am not used to the sensor yet, I turn it off until I need it. Eventually, the sensor will remain on.. I am “very” satisfied with this Simplehuman product.

Bottom stand Was missing

Did I have a one-off unit?

I own three sensor pumps and this would have been my fourth. The first three continue to function beautifully and quietly. The motor on this unit was much louder and higher pitched. I can't image wanting to announce to all that I or someone was using the unit (although hand washing is always a good idea). Did I have a defective unit? I don't know, but I sent this one back.

For the price we paid I was disappointed. My concerns were with the small amount of soap it held and that there was no way to adjust the amount of soap being dispensed.

This dispenser is so much better than the previous version. The filling process is much easier since you are able to see into the fill area vs the small curve in neck blocking view line, there is an on/off switch now so while charging you don't accidentally dispense soap, and the charger adapter is also a better design. Better all around!
