I like that my hand has to be underneath the pump in order to get the soap. Some sensory pumps discharge soap just by passing your hand in front of it. The black matte is stylish and looks great in my kitchen.

This is the second liquid sensor pump I purchased. The first lost the ability to hold a charge after about 18 months.
CAUTION. SimpleHuman did not stand behind the product even though it was obviously defective.
We purchased a second because it fit into our decor. We are hopeful the second will last longer than the first.

I love the look and the idea but despite being fully charged, it will randomly dispense into the sink. No one will be around to trigger it and I’ll hear it repeatedly dispense. That’s disappointing considering the cost of the item
