I LOVE THIS SOAP DISPENSER!!

I am embarrassed to admit that I get excited when I need to wash my hands in my kitchen.....because I love this soap dispenser so much. SO. MUCH.
I had purchased the previous model of this dispenser and while I liked it, I had issues with it. It stopped working, usually due to unseen corrosion around where it plugs in to charge (because it is low on the model, it gets wet easily). However this model has solved that issue. It has an easy-to-plug in magnetic charger that is higher than the last model, so it doesn't get wet. I've had this model for almost 6 weeks and it has worked splendidly.
Once I figured out that the soap amount depends on where you place your hand underneath it (closer to the top or lower towards the bottom), I was absolutely in LOVE. It's so fun. Need only a touch of soap? Put your hand close to the top. Need a whole lot of soap? Put your hand a couple inches lower. Need a moderate amount? Near the middle. It's really amazing.
While this model takes a little extra patience to fill with soap, since the hole going down is a little smaller, it's totally a first world problem. Seriously such a fun soap dispenser! I adore it!!!
And I'll put in a good word for customer service. They. Are. AMAZING. Thank you, guys, for sending me replacements when I had issues with my other dispensers! I don't think I'll be needing your help though for a while, now that I have this awesome dispenser.

Looks Classy, Works Well

This soap pump is just what we needed. Now we place our sponge under the spout and just the perfect amount of soap comes out.
We haven't yet needed to recharge it, but , seeing how beautifully it works, we think it will take the charge well and keep on pumping.

This company has great products, if something doesn’t work they are very accommodating to please there customers...
I love the soap dispenser for the kitchen , mine stopped working called customer support sent the broken one back and sent me a new one...will continue to buy there products....thanks simplehuman...

Bought this as a house-warming gift for my friend. She loved it. I am currently using the previous version but thinking about getting one for myself too. The rechargable feature using a USB port and variable dispensing feature are so amazing and practical, especially compared to the previous one (where you have to put 4 AA batteries, which run out fairy fast, and manually adjust the amount of soap dispensed). My friend loved the rose gold color too. Not too girly, just elegant.

In my opinion, while the electron and magnetized cord might be considered an upgrade the soap dispensing control and blind soap containment is a regression. Unless SimpleHuman just wants to sell more soap, the soap volume dispensing control is a disaster. It presumes all users, regardless of age or frequency of use, will know and retain control functionality. Simply put, my wife HATES the product and would prefer the prior iteration. Somehow the design team was allowed to disregard the user needs for dispensing control and easy view of soap content that now requires various methods for observation and refill.

This product was designed with the new variable dispense feature to ensure that every member of a family or household gets exactly the right amount of soap each time they use the pump. Instead of pressing buttons to adjust the soap level before using the pump, the variable dispense feature allows the sensor to pick up on the distance of your hand from the pump and dispense a certain amount of soap based on this information. Placing your hand closer to the sensor allows the pump to dispense a smaller amount of soap while moving your hand further away from the sensor increases the amount of soap dispensed.

Clean working, easy to use

last on we had lasted about a year before it wouldn't work anymore. We didn't send it in because we didn't want to wait for the service. Anyways, we bought this one, received it in a timely manor, and is much easier to fill. Its very nice to get some soap when your hands are dirty and you don't want to touch anything. I do recommend this model. It works well. Even the more or less distance works!

Finally, no batteries!

Received this as a Christmas present 2017. I like it because there is no batteries to install and go out especially when the dispenser is full. However, when you go back to the drawing board put a viewer on the side so we can see exactly how much liquid soap is actually in the dispenser! It’s nice that one charge, charges it for 3 months!

I was so happy to see that Simple Human finally came out with a rechargeable sensor pump that I ordered two. My first disappointing discovery was that I could not use the same soap that I have been using in my other simple human sensor pumps for years. After I upgraded to approved soap, one pump worked OK but the other never did. It was replaced under warranty, but the replacement performed equally poorly, so I ordered actual simple human soap and tried that. With Simple Human branded soap, the original pump worked better with just the occasional drip but the replacement pump still performed very poorly. It too was replaced under warranty and that pump works as well as the original that I kept, again with just the occasional drip. While I do like the styling of the new pumps, I would be happiest if you would just put a rechargeable battery in the old pump mechanism. With that said, I could not have asked for better customer service. No complaints there.
