Have always liked your liquid soap dispenser pumps. Preferred the better control of volume dispensed and larger size of your old sensor pumps.

It's OK

I liked that they moved the charge plug and that it's washable compared to the older model. I've had 2 11 ounce rechargeable units for a few years. What I don't like is there is not a way to set the amount of soap dispensed. Believe me, this dispenses a lot of soap, even at minimal level. To whose advantage is that, especially if you use SimpleHuman brand soap.

Has not worked since arriving. Older generation way better. We have had about 3 years.

Best Soap dispenser and Costumer Support!!

Have always been a tech fan, and wanted a Nice soap dispenser for home, got this one after returning mine after it failed (It was an older model that was still on warranty).
Costumer support was awesome, friendly and did everything as quick and seamless and can be, couldn't be happier with the product and the support.

Wanted to like

I wanted to love this product but very honestly it hasn't worked well since we opened it. First, it's impossible to tell how much soap is in there so very tricky to manage refills. Second the amount of soap that comes out is still too much even when your hand is at the top. I wish Simple Human could improve the functionality this machine.

This product is designed with our new variable dispense feature to ensure that every member of a family or household gets exactly the right amount of soap each time they use the pump. The variable dispense feature allows the sensor to pick up on the distance of your hand from the pump and dispense a certain amount of soap based on this information.

Love Anything "Simplehuman"

I have been using the Simplehuman sensor pumps for a year or two and love them. Also, if there is a problem, their service is "Superhuman". This new model is interesting, in that you can increase the amount dispensed by raising or lowering your hand underneath the sensor. My one critique is that it now has an on/off push area in the back which is not mentioned in the "blurb". I didn't notice it at first and was puzzled as to why the pump wasn't working after being charged for several hours. It would be helpful if somewhere on the packaging there was mention of an on/off button at the rear of pump. Other than that, any of their products that I have used are great!
