I really like the variable amount delivered depending on the height of the hand. Sometimes I need a little bit, other times I need a bit more, much more convenient than the old pump. Plus my old pump would weep a bit...

Better Than Expected

This is the soap dispenser that I never knew I needed. It is well thought out, user friendly, works perfectly and looks great on the counter. I’ll definitely be looking at other simplehuman products in the future.

Sleek, compact modern hands free soap dispenser.

We just got this product for our entry bathroom. We like it a lot! I love the sleek, modern, minimalist look and the finish and style match our faucet well. They provide a free sample soap in the box, so setup takes just a couple minutes. The unit was precharged so just had to turn the power on and it worked. I like the variable amount dispensed depending on where you place your hands. My only complaint is it does show fingerprints so recommend holding it with a gloved hand or clean in where you want it and then turn on the power.

Great concept, but breaks down

I love this soap dispenser and the fact that it's touchless. Unfortunately, I'm on my 3 dispenser in less than a year, because the first 2 quit working within 3 to 4 months. Also, the indicator light never worked well on either unit. It was hard to tell when it was on or off. That being said, the customer service is great and so friendly and responsive. They quickly sent a replacement and made it easy to return the defective item. I just hope my third one works better than the first two. I really do love it when it works.

hands-free dispenser

With the new age of pandemics, this hands free dispenser is efficient and convenient. I particularly like the two options for more or less soap, depending on where you put your fingers. Nice product. I was surprised that it comes with a usb charging plug but no actual wall plug for the USB cord. Fortunately, I had an extra.

Just got this yesterday. It takes a while to get used to it. Sometimes soap squirts out unexpectedly. But it happens less the longer it’s used. The lavender soap that came with it smells really good. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Works great, charging is not clear

Great product for my kitchen sink! Charging was not intuitive though. I tried different charging adapters for its USB charger before finally, the blue light showed up. Not sure how to understand if it is fully charged or low. I just let it charge for an hour or so (the blue light did not turn green like some people say in reviews on Amazon). I wish there was a video showing this charging process clearly and how the light supposed to change. Anyway, after it charged somehow, it works great! The whole family loves to wash hands now!

When charging, this pump's LED indicator will blink blue and turn to a solid blue once fully charged.
