Better instructions!

Very nice quality. The instructions can use some words ie: We do not include a plug end for the puck charger, but you can use your cell phone’s plug. The unit should be charged before use? How long? Please don’t leave us in the dark or guessing what we have to do in the future. Really do love your company!

Clean and convenient

Amazing soap dispenser. Although when I first started using it the tip did leak for a couple days. I just pinched it together and have had no problem since. The dispensing amounts is great and the idea of not having dirty hands all over it it great.

Great Invention

I own 4 simplehuman dispensers...that should tell you something. I like the ease of getting soap whenever needed. They look so much better then a bar of soap on the bath vanity or kitchen granite. Trendy. Try one, you will love it.
Service is a plus also. They are always willing to answer questions and give help in every way to make you a satisfied customer.

Perfect Solution

I am a doctor and have no sink in my exam room and I have used this dispenser for hand sanitizer and it is fantastic! ...really a perfect solution to having to leave the room multiple times to wash hands plus it looks very professional. I did not realize how many times my hands came in contact with my patient in one encounter...Would highly recommend this product !!

Decent soap dispenser

I like the dispenser but, I wish it would dispense more soap at a time. You have to keep holding your hand under the unit in order to get the right amount of soap.

Our 9 oz. rechargeable sensor pump dispenses more soap when your hand is further from the sensor and less soap when you are closer to it.
