Beautiful, works great

I ordered the gold finish, it is beautiful! Works perfectly every time. The only thing is I don't like the adjustable amount of soap that is dispensed based upon how high/low your hand is. The smallest amount of soap is already quite a bit. The most amount of soap it dispenses is WAY too much and very wasteful. I got this for my toddler to be able to wash their hands independently and they aren't going to understand the nuance of the position of their hands to not get too much soap. It's a waste and it can sometimes take too long to rinse all the soap off.

New Version is GREAT. We Love our fleet of Simplehuman Products!

We have almost a dozen of these pumps between our home and 2nd home and absolutely love them. The new version has a better charging plug, On/Off Switch and Lid Seal than the last model. We had a battery failure on one of our older models and the warranty process was unlike anything I have seen in recent times. It was unbelievably fast and easy. We got the replacement item in about 3 days from when I first reached out to their warranty support team. Could not be happier and will be adding the automatic Trash Cans to our list of Simplehuman products very soon. The products work fantastically well and have easy maintenance and look great and with a warranty service at 5 star we will not bother with any knock off brands (which we had done before and were very disappointed in their quality as they ended up in the landfill after a few months of use). Thank you Simplehuman!

The new black sensor pump is great. I love the large area to put the soap in. The on and off switch is easier to use than the old models and it dispenses the soap easier.

Terrible Product

I have had four(4) of there. Each does not work well or correctly. Either they pour soap on the counter when nothing is under the sensor or they lose charge after three (3) days. Not work the money and poorly engineered.

This dispenser is a game changer - it makes cleaning your hands quick & easy. The liquid soap “spring water”works great & has a clean & refreshing scent. All in all - I think this is something everyone should enjoy!

We put our older model in the bathroom and will use the new one at the kitchen sink where it gets more use. The fact that it’s rechargeable will help since the sink unit gets lots of use.

Not sure why I waited so long to get one of these! It is so nice to just put my hand under the tip. Very well made and very chic looking on my counter. The soap scent is lovely and doesn't leave your hands dry. Great product!
