Defective Item

When I received this pump it was on the charger for a day. Once the indicator stopped pulsating I disconnected; however, the charge didn't last a full day. I charged it again for literally two days and it still didn't hold a charge. I have put in a request for a replacement and will be returning the item on tomorrow. Thank you!

Easy & Convenient Hand Washing

This my second dispenser. It is replacing one from several years ago. I like the design but this one has two things missing that i liked on my other model. My other model had a see-through back so that I could monitor how much soap was left & I was able to adjust how much soap was dispensed. In the new model, there is no way to tell how much soap is left until you run out & I think it dispenses too much soap, even with hand close to dispensing spout. But I do love the concept of touchless hand washing.
