This sensor soap dispenser is very good on my kitchen counter. I don’t have to touch anything before washing my hands. Best of all you don’t have to buy battery. You just charged it and the charge stays for long .

Doesn't work as promised

There is no way to adjust how much soap comes out. Sometimes a lot comes out, sometimes almost none. I never know and it's very frustrating. This is my second one after the first one stopped working completely and this one is inferior to that one. I'm thinking about returning it.

I previously owned this product and the motor gave out right outside the two year warranty window (25th month lol) so this purchase was a replacement. The product is great and does it's job well. I simply hope this one doesn't give out in 2025 or I will likely never purchase this again.

Works Perfectly...but

I am going to have to change my habits and position the pump so that it does not dispense soap when I don't intend to have it do so. This happens whenever my hand passes before the sensor, which is how it supposed to work. When I purchased, I didn't realize how many times my hand crosses the area of my soap dispenser. For the problem I have using a non sensor pump I am willing to make the change required. I dislike coloring the pump with paint and make-up and this pump will eliminate that problem. It helps that I can turn it off when not anticipating that I will be using it for frequent hand washing.
