Soap oozes through the seal at the bottom a little.

Different Than What I’m Used Too

First, I would like to speak on the great customer service that Simplehuman provides. The rechargeable dispenser I had stopped working. I reached out to Simplehuman about it, and not only did they respond to my email immediately, 2 days later I received a replacement, which means they stand by their warranty. I had their older model, and the replacement I received is different than I’m used to, in that instead of pushing a button to increase the amount of soap dispensed, with this model, you simply move your hand under the sensor. The further from the sensor, the more soap, closer to the sensor, less soap. I think this is pretty cool, but it took a second or two to adjust to the difference. Overall, I like the concept, my new dispenser and Simplehuman.

Only automatic dispenser I’ve used that varies the amount of soap based on your hand position. I find that to be a very convenient feature.

Great dispenser

The rechargeable version is much better than the older model. Variable quantity of soap simply by how close your hand is to the top is brilliant. We have simple human on our sailboat using the triple setup in the shower and the automatic ones at the sinks

Super Sensitive

I like the soap dispenser but it is so sensitive if you get anywhere near it it is dispensing soap. I have a pile of soap on my vanity all the time. Don't love that. Not sure how you can rectify that but I can see you will sell a lot of soap the way it currently is. Would not buy again.

I love the Sensor Soap

I love the Sensor Soap Dispenser. It is much neater and more convenient that using those store bought pump bottles that never seem to stay in place as you fumble with them to pump and get the right amount of soap. It is much more visually appealing as well, blending in with the other decor on the vanity.
