Purchased it on November 23 and no proactive transparency from Simple Human on updates. Then I see a review this product email, which is comical given I still don't have the item. If I ever recieve it I will update the review accordingly.

This pump definitely delivers the soap! It’s easy to charge, easy to fill, easy to use. The bonus—it looks great on my kitchen counter. Oh yes, I bought the black. Sharp.

White pump

Love the white pump with white top. We have 2 white with chrome tops . As a nurse I love all the sensor pumps. This is the 5th one we have in our house. Hygienic, elegant, and don’t take too much space. We even have one in laundry room. Very handy after yard work to clean your hands without getting your muddy hands on soap.

Stylish & Functional Soap Dispenser

Easy to refill from the pouch and it dispenses the proper amount of liquid hand soap. Easy to charge the senor pump and still holds a charge after our first few weeks of use. Metal holder compliments our stainless steel sink and faucet.

We love Simplehuman products and this soap pump is a winner. It is sleek and beautiful and it works flawlessly. The soap dispenses perfectly in either a small amount or a larger amount depending on how you position your hand. The USB charging is so incredibly convenient - it makes it much easier than the battery-operated units of former days. The brushed stainless seamlessly blends with our decor in the bath and kitchen. LOVE this soap pump!
