Love the hands free capability

This nice little unit is exactly what I've been looking for. It works well, and has the capability to dispense more or less soap, depending on how far your hand is placed from the sensor. And it looks nice!

the need to continuously wipe the spout in order for it to not spray hand sanitizer everywhere is disappointing.

Not holding a charge

Although I’ve charged it overnight three times, it doesn’t hold the charge more than a couple of hours. First dispenser worked as promised—maybe just a lemon?

Shoots hand sanitizer

I bought this pump in hopes of using it for hand sanitizer but unfortunately it sprays it out at a rapid speed! It literally shoots across your hands and up your arm. If I hadn’t tossed the box I would be returning it for a refund.
