This is my third unit in as many months. The moderately priced unit was replaced twice I then had to purchase the more expensive unit and that one drips as well

The best thing to have around especially with small kids that need frequent hand washes. It stays well charged and the soap is great Too!!! I have bought 5 of these and have them in every sink area.

This pump works perfectly. I love the fact that you can choose the perfect amount of soap you want by placing your hand close (less soap) or farther (more soap) from the nozzle. Like all Simplehuman products, this one too is the perfect combination of cool design and great functionality!

Love the new model of sensor pump

Simple human really improved their sensor pump, the issues with the original pump (running out of battery, water getting into the battery component) are all gone with this model. The way they designed it to being rechargeable really cancels all the old issues. There’s also more colors to choose from!

When I received the rechargeable pump I had a problem Trying to figure out how to charge the unit . It would have been helpful To give a 1 or 2 line description or a picture Of the recharging setup.After trying a few times I assumed the unit was defective.
The next day I tried a different approach And it worked.The charging system It's quite easy but not obvious.Now that I have a working unit I have to give it 5 stars and say that I'm completely satisfied. You're companies Products have never disappointed me.They are attractive reliable and easy to use.
