This product is working great. Although if you have a choice I recommend purchasing the soap dispenser that uses the foam soap that is offered by simple human. People in our office seem to like it better.

Vast, vast improvement over our first generation pump

The batter lasts so long and such an cleaner design, too. We do add between soap filling about 3 tablespoons of DISTILLED water in first and run it through the pump as a little maintenance/pump cleaning. Then we add the soap. Also remember to use a really soaking wet paper towel to saturate the discharge nozzle of any solidification. Do this weekly and especially when adding new soap. It's a manufactured device made by people- nothing can last without a little maintenance. But this pump has all the attributes needed to keep on running well and it does!!!!! Love it!
