Nice hardware, bad software

100% of the time this pump dispenses too much soap. 50% of the time it dispenses WAY too much soap. Getting a reasonable amount of soap out of it requires quickly jamming your fingers all the way up against the sensor so that it doesn't have any chance to see them at any distance at all. So much for touch-free. I wish I could reprogram the range of dispense amounts. I'd set the maximum to what the minimum is now. I wonder if this product was programmed the way it is in order to sell more soap refills. Nothing else makes sense.

Did not love it

I purchased the liquid sensor pump for my office. The design is nice, but I found the pump to sometimes be unpredictable and it resulted in a mess. I relocated it to the kitchen give it another try but for me the sensor it too sensitive and if not timed correctly, it will spray on the table.

It puts out to much soap even when you hold your hand right under dispenser. Don’t like there is not a manual way to adjust soap output.

I actually bought 3 different pumps before hearing about your company. Each time the other pumps batteries gave out within a week to two weeks, very frustrating. That was the main reason I got this pump and oh how nice it works in the amount discharged and the looks, and durability

Nice design. I would not buy it again unless. there were controls to limit how
much comes out when you put your hand under the port.

New kitchen, new sensor pump

We love our new sensor pump. Of course we’ve only had it about a week but so far it works great and looks so good in our new kitchen. I was specifically looking for the gold color to go with my champagne gold faucet and it looks great. I’ve been very happy with Simple Human products in the past so I’m sure this one will be the same!
