Replacement working well

I have three of these. One stopped working and would not re-charge. I contacted your customer service team, they asked me for the serial number and I had a replace sent to me within less than 2 weeks.

The sensor is too sensitive to motion and pumps too much soap.

I am disappointed with this product. The motion sensor is too sensitive and pumps too much soap at each use. I have wasted a lot of soap with this product.

Touch-less dispenser

I purchased this for our kitchen. We love it. While using raw meats, chicken & fish, it is nice to use this without having to pump a dispenser. Times of concern with cross contamination, Covid, etc. I wash my hand a lot! This works very well! I love your soap as well. The large refill bags are perfect.
