We ordered two of the rechargeable pumps for our his and her sinks in out master bathrooms. They worked perfectly well for about a year but then--almost at the same time--they both stopped recharging. We went on line and attempted to reset the pumos according to the instructions, but they would not work. I called Simple human and talked to a very nice representative who sent replacements. So far, after about 2 months, both are working just fine.
Love how easy it is to set up this pump and use. I charged it when i first got it and haven't needed to charge it again since. Also, since i don't need to touch the pump, it doesn't get dirty easily with water drops and fingerprints.
I bought this as a gift for a bday (end of aug) and by January it no longer worked. I received a replacement but for some reason the second one drips a lot (the first one didn't drip but then again, it barely worked). Now I have it pointed over the sink, to not make a mess, but wasting a fair amount of soap. Seems like a great product, particularly with covid... but it’s overall disappointing.
I do like the unit being rechargeable, but I’ve only had it for 4 months. I have read other reviews saying that it stops charging after a while. My battery one lasted a few years! I also don’t like not being able to see the amount of soap I have in it. The older one had a clear tank so you could monitor it. Other than that it’s working and has a nice look.
Oh I love it I have never had one I just put it in our masterbath we remodeled after 43 years and I am so spoiled. it does not take up alot of room, it s clean to use. it took a while to get used to everytime I set it of till I got the hang of it . Your soap product also is awesome due to covid I wash my hands too much. I think the handsandtizer will be the next item we try and install when you come into our home install it on the wall by front door! it has to be the way of the future! great job guys My husband loves it too!
