Very little soap comes out.

Very little soap comes out. If you hold your hand low it supposed to give you more soap. It doesn’t give you any. If you hold your hand high it some time gives you very little and sometimes gives you nothing. Try changing it. That doesn’t help. Think soap it low and it not. Wish I hadn’t bought it. But they do have great customer service.

Going to purchase a second one. Love the fact that we are eliminating the so called recyclable throw away plastic soap despencers. We need Less plastics in the world.

This rechargeable liquid sensor pump is a great idea. Makes it easy to get a little (or more) soap to clean hands while working. Haven’t figured out how to best position it by the faucet so that it is convenient to use, but where I don’t automatically trigger it when I don’t mean to ;)
It is a bit difficult to fill, since there is no window to show how much ( or little ) is already in the tank.
