Nice, but has issues with pump

I really love this touchless idea. And product looks nice, no need to hide.
One problem I find very irritating- the soap splashes all over my kitchen’s counter.
Not sure what is the issue.

That’s it, using their soap sample results are meh. The dribble of soap even holding it further away is hardly better.

This unit looks nice and works well. The only negative is that it is very sensitive so it activates even if I’m just moving the unit a few inches over in the countertop.

I honestly wasn't sure if paying a premium for an automatic dispenser was worth it, but after using this handy gadget for a few weeks I'm totally sold! There have been enough times where my hands are dirty and not having to touch anything to get soap so that I'm not spreading germs was such a big improvement on manual pump! Plus this thing is clearly expertly built with premium components and a luxury look/feel. Super happy !

This dispenser is the best Recharge every three months Simple shut off at top back for easy wipe down I like you can place your hand to get minimal or more soap I’m very happy and have ordered more as gifts

Will not Pump

I ordered a automatic pump a couple years ago. Ordered 2 more recently. They will not pump. I have charged them...still willl not pump.
