Love this item. Dispenses reliably, not too much, and doesn't drip. Also doesn't dispense everytime you go near it, you really have to put your hand in proper position, so there is no unintended dispensing. Wish it came in a bigger size, but so far, it's lasting a few weeks before I have to refill it for dishwashing.

When I received the sensor

When I received the sensor pump, there was a chip inside the pump where the soap is put. I was a little disappointed, considering the price of the pump.

I have used Simplehuman dispensers in my kitchen and bathroom for many years. I was excited to see a rechargeable version to eliminate having to purchase batteries. The rechargeable dispenser is flaky. It will stop dispensing even though there's soap and a full charge. This requires you to reset it which initially spits out a large amount of soap. This product needs retooling
