First non touch dispenser I bought. Soap comes out with a blast all over the place doesn’t matter where I put my hand the stream of soap is out of control. Sent customer service an email. Days later got a response to please send a video of it. Send video never heard back.

I purchased this product to dispense liquid dish soap at my kitchen sink. So far it works beautifully, allowing us to easily add soap to a scrub brush, sponge or dishrag without the wet mess.
