Love the quality

I love the automatic soap sensor pump. I had an old model so I upgraded. My only complaint is the amount of soap dispensed. It doesn’t matter where you put your hand too much comes out. The previous model was easier to regulate amount of soap with buttons on top.

Need Directions

I like the look and size of this soap dispenser. However, I am having difficulty regulating the amount dispensed. I've tried tapping the single drop on the pump and still get too much soap. I'd appreciate a response as I'm sure there must be a simple explanation.

I would give more stars, but the soap container fell and broke. Was not able to use the dispenser, not sure if you sell replacement containers.

Attractive and gets the job done

Looks real nice by the sink and works just fine after two days! My only gripe - and the reason for four stars - is the loony charging interface. Why we need a usb interface here escapes me. I am certain this could have been engineered with a plain old plug. I really resent the need to hunt for an adapter every time I need to charge and I am not in the habit of keeping my computer near my kitchen sink for recharging purposes!
