Still perfect

I've been using a simplehuman sensor pump for years and purchased another one to match my new sink faucet. I happily moved the older one to a bathroom sink area. I am spoiled, for sure, but I can't imagine NOT having a sensor soap pump in my kitchen.

I am more than sure this is a wonderful product, as all Simplehuman products are. I made the wrong purchase because all I use is foaming soap. Sending this product back was simple and easy. I wanted store credit so I could purchase the correct one! I have one in every bathroom and kitchen!

I now have several of this pumps. A charge lasts a long time and the unit doesn’t clog. I tried cheaper touch free pumps and wasn’t satisfied. Worth the cost.

Sensor Pump Not Working

I have four of these rechargeable liquid sensor pumps. All work well except this one. The motor runs but no soap dispenses. I following all instructions for unclogging but nothing works. I had to use my warranty to get a replacement. Customer Service is excellent. Kudos to Simplehuman!
