This soap dispenser was one of several gifts I got my husband for Christmas… I think it was definitely his favorite! Looks great and works great! Now we can’t live without it!

It stopped working 2 years after I bought it

Two years ago now it won’t charge I have tried everything you web sites said to do it charges it last for a few hours that it I bought all type of soap disinfectant and regular hand soap or nothing to do with it now Not a happy camper I have no sales slip so I can return it. Art Davis

Wonderfully convenient soap dispenser

After years of pump-type dispensers, this is easy and fun to use. Especially like the 3 different volumes of dispensing. The biggest problem is the distance that sets off the shot of soap. It is hard in our kitchen configuration to not accidentally set off the dispenser as we need to add dish detergent and paper towels in the same area, and a simple hand movement nearby sets off soap on the counter. Not a deal-breaker but requires new behaviors and design near sink. The one concern is the razor-blade issue--that is, not sure i want to become hostage to lifetime of soap purchases from company. Would like to be able to use commercial soaps with different smells or economy. Beautiful design is also a plus.

The instruction pamphlet is not clear. For the price of the product, it should include a full size bag of soap.

This pump looks good. Works great. The charge lasts for a couple weeks or more. My only suggestion would be to add a side slit window so you could know when to refill it.
