Beautiful and Sanitary

It looks great on my new stainless steel sink. I love not having to touch a soap dispenser with unclean hands or transferring bacteria to a soap dispenser. Raise or lower hand from spout to get more or less soap. Genius.

Way too sensitive

Up close to the spout still comes out a lot. It’s way too sensitive that any motion near it will dispense soap! I had the older version and it worked better

started spewing 2-3x as much soap after first week. wasteful. FAQ doesn't address problem. customer service super slow to respond. long wait times.....hopefully just a bad apple in the lot.....

Reliable and Elegant

This is the first hands-free soap dispenser in my house and it works extremely well. Not only is the design slick and elegant but it's quite functional and on point. Instructions are clear and if followed this dispenser is consistently reliable as expected.

This sensor liquid soap pump is so easy to use. No more messy hand soap bottles and wet countertops for me! I particularly like the way you can control the amount of soap dispensed with hand placement.
