Exceeded Expectations

I am using the S330 camera at a remote location on the 4G LTE. It is working great and is exceeding my expectations. It has had a large number of events so the data is getting used quicker than I would like but it is worth it given the intruders I have been able to see and stop.

Great camera for areas with no power

We live in the northeat where this time of year (winter) it is mostly cloudy and freezing. I was worried how the solar charging would perform in these conditions and even after near zero temps this camera is going strong. Love it. Has only been about a week but we have other eufy products and have only had good experiences.

Pros: Setup was super easy, app is fine, light is pretty bright, zoom is good
audio is walkie talkie type so if you speak into it the person on camera has to wait to speak back until you release the talk button
Cons: it’s nearly impossible to slow the video down and go frame by frame to say catch a license plate of a car passing for instance….that improvement I would find invaluable

Easy to start and set up. If you get stuck, Eufy on YouTube has you covered. Already bought a single camera for the other side of the house. Looking to get the base next.

So far this works great. Was easy to set up. Took me several tries to synch with my phone but other than that it does everything I wanted.

No help after install

We had no trouble installing these cameras, but after the install there was NO tutorial on how to set up. I am a Senior with limited tech knowledge so need help with basics, because it not basic to me, it is confusing
