Does the job for the most part

We don't have the correct space for the camera, so it's farther away then recommend. We get notifications 9x10 when a car pulls in. Now bad for being so far away. Worst part is the loading. I have the quality on auto but it still takes a long time, sometimes I need to quit out and reload. It says motion if the car is too far out but it still gets it most of the time. We got snow and i had to turn it off cuznit was alerting me all day 😂 I really wanted to see plates but again it's just too far from the recommend placement. The set up was easy, and the camera is doing well compared to The Barn Owl camera we had before. I love the that it has no monthly cost. Barn Owl charged for everything 🤕 I'm saving up for another eufy and a tower in hopes that the tower will help the image connect faster. When I open the app notifications it takes a solid 10-20 seconds to load/ "decyript. Overall it's worth it

No power, no internet - No Problem!

Recently my house fell victim to a rogue driver resulting in a loss of our home. Due to no power, no internet etc I needed something to record and monitor my home during the rebuild. I found this camera and the features were exactly what I needed. The install and setup was as easy as all the other eufy products. I added extra gb (data) via the provided SIM card and it was a snap! Super easy and I have been able to monitor my home and the follow feature is incredible. The camera can move 360 degrees and helps us feel secure while we are away. The solar panel provides the power and it has been one of the better purchases in the realm of security I’ve ever made

Not bad, not amazing

The cameras work ok. I have one at the entrance to my driveway and was really hoping the alerts for vehicles would be more reliable. Sometimes it will tell me someone is leaving having missed the same vehicle on the way in. And large trucks or specialty vehicles (e.g. dump trucks, cement trucks, etc.) almost never generate alerts. They work fine if you just want to periodically look at the area, but cannot be relied on as a security measure. As for cellular coverage, it was easy enough to set up the SIM card and buy additional data. The cameras obviously don’t move around, yet sometimes they have 3-4 bars and sometimes they don’t have a strong enough signal to send video at all. I’m not sure the cameras are completely to blame, but it’s frustrating nonetheless. Again, if you’re just interested in occasionally looking at your property, they’re fine. But, they aren’t reliable enough for much beyond that.

easy to set up, would have liked a better guide to all the functions and capabilities and use of the SIM card = also confusing because in one place says memory stick is not included but it was in kit??
