Nice, but could be better

I wanted to love this and it is a nice mirror. I like that it s a rechargeable, ordless mirror so it can move around my counter top with ease. I like that it lights up as you come close. However, I would have preferred a taller stand, and I’m not tall at 5’3”. And, it would have been nice to have greater magnification. At 64, my eyes aren’t what they used to be.

Our 8 inch round sensor mirror can have it's height increased by pulling upward on the mirror head.

Does the job!

This mirror is exactly what I expected. I love that the 5x does not distort and the lighting is perfect. I have only used it for a few weeks, but so far it's working perfectly. My only reason for not giving this 5 stars is it does not stay full extended. I use this on a counter top and prefer it to be fully extended. It 'softens' down about 1.5" after extending it.

I love this mirror. My husband got it for me for my birthday. He did well this year!! I can apply my makeup in the light as well as see all of those nasty stray hairs that need to be plucked. Love Love Love it!

I broke it already!

I absolutely LOVE THIS MIRROR.
It has this cool sensor thing that makes it light up as you are close to it, then it fades out as your reflection does as well when you pull away.
Only bummer? I set it on the floor by the door so I wouldn’t forget it and it tipped over (pretty gently) and it is now completely broken.
I hadn’t gotten around to registering all my new simple human products. So not sure if warranty will be considered valid. I’ve recently made quite large purchases of many of their products. . I am hoping and praying I can get it replaced.
No matter what though...I love this company and their products. I’ll stick with them forever!

Although incidental or accidental damages like this mirror breaking are not covered by our warranty, we offer a repair service for a small fee which simply covers our labor and shipping both ways via a prepaid return label. We worked with this customer to fix their mirror and it has been delivered back to them, good as new!

Great hand free aid

The illumination makes tasks clearly visible. Provides enough magnification to make shaping brows (for example) so much easier. The hands free on and off operation is great for those (like myself) who are constantly on the go. Great product!

Perfect for shaving and washing face and making sure all the pores are clean. It's not too small and fits perfectly on my sink. The lighting is amazing and senses when am in front of the mirror or when am just in the room. Zero negatives.

Clean appearance and good quality. The lighting is very effective and mirror magnification is well done. Operation of adjusting the brightness is a welcome feature, although not the easiest to use. On and off are also not as effective or easy to use as it could have been designed. Overall, very satisfied.
